Aboutthe Role
This is a Case Manager position supporting a high-performing underwriting team within a pure bridging environment. You will assist underwriters in the completion of bridging finance cases, liaising with brokers, solicitors and internal stakeholders to keep deals moving efficiently.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent, offering clear progression into underwriting for high performers. The role is hybrid, with Monday to Friday home working and a Central London office base when required.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting underwriters with end-to-end case administration across bridging finance applications.
- Chasing outstanding information from brokers, clients and solicitors to maintain deal momentum.
- Managing case pipelines and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained at all times.
- Coordinating valuations, legal processes and internal approvals.
- Providing a high-quality service to brokers and clients, acting as a key point of contact.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Helping to drive completions through proactive case management and strong communication.
- Salary up to £40,000 depending on bridging experience.
- 12-month fixed term contract with strong potential to go permanent.

- Experience towards becoming a bridging finance underwriter.
- Previous experience within bridging finance is highly desirable.
- Applications welcomed from Case Managers, Junior Underwriters, Mortgage Administrators from brokerage or lending environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with brokers and professional partners.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
- Ambitious, driven and motivated to progress into underwriting.
