Payroll Tax Consulting Associate- Remote

• Collaborate on multi‑year strategic initiatives to build a new business
• Manage specific client relationships and lead client projects
• Provide payroll tax consulting and guidance to clients
• Assist clients in improving payroll tax processes and identifying refunds
• Engage with federal, state, and local taxing authorities to resolve client matters

• Relevant payroll tax consulting experience
• Eligible to represent clients before the IRS (enrolled agent, CPA, attorney)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Experience managing client tax deadlines and analyzing payroll data
• Comfortable with tax legislation, IRS rules/regulations, and general tax research

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in a remote work environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Creative problem‑solving skills and a desire to innovate
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions support services
