This is a contract and fully remote role for a Tax Manager. The Tax Manager will handle tax planning, compliance, preparation, and review for corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and individual clients. Responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing tax filings, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. The role also requires mentoring junior staff and staying current with tax updates and changes.

• Expertise in tax preparation, tax compliance, and strategic tax planning for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial data and identifying tax-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools relevant to tax preparation and compliance.
• Effective communication skills to manage client relationships and present complex tax information clearly.
• Proven leadership abilities to mentor and guide junior team members.
• CPA certification required; advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations strongly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in estate, trust, and partnership taxes is a plus.
