• Coordinate the administration of multiple financial functions and/or a major fiscal unit, ensuring appropriate internal controls over fiscal functions and activities
• Monitor and forecast administrative expenditures
• Upload budget information to the accounting software for reporting and tracking
• Support the development of the annual budget and various organization-wide process improvement initiatives
• Monitor the annual budget and ensure compliance with related regulations, standards, and policies

• High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR
• Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR
• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience with budgets, general ledgers, and accounting policies; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must reside within North Carolina

• Master’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience with financial planning and analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with D365 Financial & Operations
