This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FP&A Manager - REMOTE. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the company’s Revenue, Billings, and Collections forecasts, directly influencing financial stability and growth. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, primarily the People Experience team, to support the corporate bonus program and manage headcount approvals.
Strong project management skills and excellent analytical capabilities are essential to thrive in this fast-paced role. This position plays a key part in the overall financial planning and analysis strategy of the organization, driving success through collaboration and innovative solutions.
- Preparing the annual plan and updated forecasts for Revenue, Billings, and Collections.
- Providing financial support for the corporate bonus program.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Monitoring forecast performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conducting analysis to aid decision-making processes.
- Supporting the monthly financial reporting process and variance analysis.
- Assisting in the development of long-range financial plans aligned with business goals.
- Driving standardization and automation of headcount requests and approvals.
- Reporting regularly on performance and forecasting accuracy to senior management.
- Evaluating and optimizing current forecasting methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Consulting, ideally within a Corporate FP&A role.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
- Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategies while ensuring accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Highly motivated and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive best practices.
