Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

A client of Insight Global is looking for a senior financial analyst to work for a major healthcare organization. This analyst will assist in the financial operations for oncology, neurology, and cardiology sectors. Day to day will include financial reporting, helping with financial insights and financial performance, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, reviewing capital projects, as well as any other FP&A work.

This senior analyst will be a mentor to the accounting staff and will serve as a resource for financial and accounting issues. This position is fully remote but must sit in specific footprint states.

• Provide financial reporting, insights, and performance analysis for oncology, neurology, and cardiology sectors.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts; support budgeting, capital planning, and capital project reviews.
• Mentor accounting staff and serve as a resource for financial and accounting issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support FP&A activities and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain remote-work requirements and sit in approved footprint states.

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with financial modeling and reporting.
• Experience working within a large corporation.
• Excel: vlookups, xlookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Workday experience.
• Strata experience.
• Experience building reports.
• Must sit in NC, SC, GA, or VA.
