Fund Operations Analyst; Remote

• Collaborate with the Fund Administration team on cash management tasks
• Monitor and manage cash and line-of-credit balances across the business
• Support the preparation, submission, and reconciliation of cash movements, including capital calls and distributions
• Address ad‑hoc operational requests and service cases
• Assist in developing new processes to automate workflows and enhance efficiency

• 1-2+ years of experience in finance, banking, fund administration, or alternative asset management
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced fintech startup environment
• Familiarity with fund operations and investment management processes
