As a Senior Financial Analyst, your focus will be on taking ownership…​

• Partner with cross‑functional groups on monthly financial reporting, headcount reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Support the annual budget through cross functional collaboration, ensuring the budget supports Precisely’s financial and strategic goals
• Assist cross‑functional groups with the due diligence process related to M&A activities
• Deliver reporting and key insights in areas like workforce planning, annual recurring revenue, and new bookings
• Create and drive the adoption of improved financial processes and policies through teaming with multiple stakeholder groups
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting & analysis through Workday Adaptive Planning
• Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ability to work closely with business partners to provide insight and guidance
• Demonstrated ability to turn financial data into relevant insights that support sound decisions
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Ability to develop complex financial models
• Self‑starter with a positive attitude
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated drive for continuous process improvement
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines

This position is 100% remote anywhere in the US
