• Manage a team of tax professionals and oversee tax compliance operations.
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Conduct research on tax issues and provide strategic tax planning advice.
• Interact with clients to address inquiries, resolve tax-related issues, and offer guidance.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate compliance.
• Implement best practices to streamline tax processes and enhance efficiency.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in tax preparation and tax management.
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Fast Tax GoSystems, Ultra Tax).
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities to manage and guide a team effectively.
