Finance Manager - PE Backed, clear FC track

Hayward Hawk is delighted to be partnering with scaling private equity backed business to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role to reflect the companys growth and is designed to support both the Financial Controller and CFO as the business continues to scale. .

The Role Running the month-end close across a group of entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Preparing monthly management accounts, including: P&L reporting with clear commentary on key movements and variances Balance sheet reconciliations and review of reconciling items Ensuring accuracy across journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany postings Supporting the Financial Controller and CFO with dependable financial information and insight Helping improve finance processes and month-end efficiency as the business grows Supporting cashflow reporting and short-term forecasting Assisting with audit preparation and year-end processes Providing oversight and support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Assistant activity Being hands-on when required during busy periods

The Person Qualified Accountant, c 3 years post qualified experience in a fast paced, commercial environment Strong month-end and management accounting experience Good Excel skills and confidence working with data Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment For more information, please contact Gemma Murphy in confidence
