We’re partnering with a multinational organisation that is continuing to scale its finance function and is now looking to appoint a commercially astute Group FP&A Manager
. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a high-impact role at the heart of financial insight, strategic decision-making, and embedding best practice across the team.
This opportunity will suit someone with strong advanced Excel and financial modelling skills who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role in delivering core FP&A activities across the group, including forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering, while also helping to enhance reporting, data capabilities, and processes as the organisation continues to grow.
Benefits- £55k–£65k salary (dependent on experience)

- Identify and communicate key financial and operational trends, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial modelling, scenario planning, and ensuring data integrity.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to business units, delivering clear and actionable commercial insight.
- Work closely with Finance and Data teams to produce accurate, timely reporting.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and the development of dashboards and visualisations.
- Provide consistent, high-quality reporting to senior management, alongside ad-hoc commercial analysis.
- Chartered Accountant.
- Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
- Comfortable working with complex datasets and multiple reporting systems.
- Advanced modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Collaborative, proactive, and motivated by driving value across the business.
