- Serve as a consultative resource to support retirement colleagues with plan compliance matters for both ERISA and Non-ERISA plans
- Provide technical expertise regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
- Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
- Draft external communication resources for field use with clients and prospects on relevant topics
- Stay abreast of market conditions, industry trends, and legislative changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues
- 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design, compliance testing, and M&A due diligence
- In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and regulatory requirements for qualified and nonqualified plans
- Comprehensive expertise in retirement plan design and compliance
- Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues using available resources
- Bachelor's Degree
- ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
