What to Expect
  • Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
  • Provide technical expertise on plan design and compliance for private equity and M&A transactions
  • Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal and external stakeholders
  • Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues in plan administration and compliance
  • Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes to facilitate informed discussions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
  • Subject matter expert in various retirement plans, including 401(k) and nonqualified plans
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA
  • Experience reviewing plan documents and other employee benefit materials
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality deliverables and maintain trusted advisor relationships
  • Willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills
