This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tax Preparer. The position is based in Riviera Beach, FL, with some flexibility to work from home. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and assisting with finance-related inquiries. The role involves staying up-to-date with changes in tax regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent client service to meet their financial and tax-related needs.

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and thorough understanding of Tax Laws
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong knowledge of Tax and Finance-related principles
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role is an advantage
