As part of our continued development, we are seeking an experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser to support clients across the North West of England.

This role is suited to an adviser who works to high professional standards and is comfortable managing their own client relationships and advice process.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering mortgage advice from initial enquiry through to completion, including:

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice based on clients’ individual needs and circumstances
• Advising on residential, buy-to-let, remortgage and protection solutions, as appropriate
• Managing the full advice process, including fact-finding, research, recommendations, applications, and follow-up
• Ensuring all client records are maintained accurately and in line with FCA requirements
• Building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships with clients and introducers
• Managing your own diary, pipeline, and ongoing client relationships

• Experience providing mortgage advice within a regulated environment
• A strong understanding of FCA regulation and compliance
• An organised, methodical approach with the ability to work independently
• A professional, client-focused manner and clear communication style

Location

This role is suited to advisers based in, or covering, the North West of England, with flexibility around home working and client meetings where appropriate.
