Location:
Louisville, KY (Hybrid)
In this position, you’ll be based in the Louisville, KY office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Find out more about our culture of flexible working.
The Tax Reporting role is responsible for ensuring that data is provided to recipients and regulatory agencies in compliance with IRS and state specifications and information reporting regulations. Performs the daily balancing of income payment reports and updates to the financial activity screens to ensure accurate tax reporting at year end. Reconciles annual tax reports to financial YTD activity screens to ensure that all reportable tax information has been captured and will be reported to shareholders and regulatory agencies appropriately.
Processes tax certification for IRS and other foreign tax agencies. Reviews and maintains an understanding of the Internal Revenue Service specifications.

Required- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Preferably 2 years of higher education and 2 years Transfer Agent knowledge and experience.
- Good understanding of the IRS reporting requirements.
- An understanding of IRS/State Agency guidelines and deadlines for year-end reporting.
- Computer skills, specifically Excel.
- Must be able to communicate written and verbally with others via email and or conference calls.
