Senior Finance Manager - Remote

This is a high-impact position overseeing global accounting operations across multiple jurisdictions, managing a small team, and acting as a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership. The role offers real ownership, international exposure, and the chance to shape scalable finance processes in a growing business. As the Senior Finance Manager , youll take responsibility for consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash management, and forecasting across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical accounting expertise alongside commercial insight. Key Responsibilities Lead global accounting operations across multiple international entities Own month-end close, consolidated reporting, and financial statements Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and multi-currency consolidation Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting to senior leadership Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and global cash management Lead statutory audits and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies Manage, develop, and mentor the accounting team Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) 5 years experience in accounting, including people management Strong US GAAP and group consolidation experience Proven background in multi-entity, international environments Hands-on experience leading statutory audits Strong cash flow forecasting and financial control capability Advanced Excel skills;
