Your New Role

Our client is a revolutionary AI/ML organisation who are at a rapid growth stage. To facilitate their growth, they are looking for a Finance & Operations Lead to manage their financial operations and provide broad operational support for their international team operating across Dubai, Delaware and Cayman structures. The role is a hands on, execution focused position, which includes managing the day to day finance and accounting activities across multiple entities, supporting the setup and ongoing administration of legal entities, bank accounts and payment providers in different jurisdictions.

Other BAU duties are included, bookkeeping, tax filings, audits and compliance, handling invoicing, payments and cash flow. You will also support in offering analysis and supporting the budget and forecasting processes.

Ensuring Your Success

You will have demonstrable experience working within a senior finance position, within a complex organisation with multiple entities/cross boarder environments. Comfortability dealing with banks, service providers and external advisors is also essential. You will be dynamic, with the ability to wear several different hats and to get involved with some ad-hoc, non financial duties. Strong attention to detail and competent English is also required.

Start-up/scale-up experience is desirable.
