This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Regional Treasury Team - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will set the operational framework for treasury activities across Europe, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while promoting efficiency and excellence in financial processes. The position requires strong leadership abilities to manage a growing team and maintain a high standard of service delivery across various stakeholders.

As part of this role, significant collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners will be essential to foster a cash-oriented environment. This role not only influences regional treasury operations but also plays a critical part in strategic financial decision-making processes.

Accountabilities
  • Set up the Regional Treasury Team - Europe in Brussels with a target of 18 FTEs by 2027.
  • Manage RTT staffing and training along with the Regional Treasurer.
  • Oversee the transition of treasury knowledge from country teams to RTT.
  • Ensure operational excellence in treasury processes with KPIs.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders including legal, tax, and banks.
  • Manage daily cash functions and optimize cash flow regionally.
  • Lead bank relationship management and oversee foreign currency exposure.
  • Participate in projects impacting business models and financial strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in financing and treasury activities in multinational companies.
  • Proven management and leadership skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Experience collaborating with senior management and cross-functional leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and other European languages is a plus.
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics.
