FP&A Manager | Luxury Travel Platform

The core duties will include:

• Support annual financial planning and quarterly forecasting
• Analysis over financial performance and identify key strategic drivers for planning assumptions
• Forecast and reporting of staffing costs
• Partnering with different functions across the business and delivery of investment proposals
• Provide support over month end and monthly reconciliations
• Accurate annual/monthly reporting
• Continuous streamlining of all operations and accounting systems to maximise efficiency

Key requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• 3+ years of post qualified experience in a relevant role
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication when dealing with key, non-finance stakeholders
• Confident ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of management accounting principles
• Proficient in Net Suite
