• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise on plan design and compliance for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal and external audiences
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues in qualified plan administration
• Draft external communication resources for clients and prospects on relevant retirement topics

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance
• Subject matter expertise in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA preferred
• Strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills
• Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
• Ability to deliver high-quality work and maintain trusted advisor relationships
• Willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills
