• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise and support for plan design, compliance, and due diligence in M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars and training materials on retirement plan compliance topics
• Draft external communication resources for client engagement on relevant topics
• Stay updated on market conditions and regulatory changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expertise in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor’s Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills
