This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Services Professional located in Honolulu, HI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Services Professional will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, assisting with retirement planning, and delivering exceptional financial services to clients. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, developing tailored financial plans, and offering strategic advice to help clients meet their financial goals.
Effective communication and relationship-building with clients are also key components of this role.

In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you’ll start off as a financial professional*, learning how to sell our products, building client relationships, and meeting specific requirements before transitioning into a management role.
You’ll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to success.
Qualifications- Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CFP® are a plus
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Prior experience in sales or financial services is preferred, but NOT required
- Knowledge of estate planning, tax laws, corporate accounting, securities law, wills trusts estate law, financial planning, financial concepts, and wealth management is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Bachelor's degree is desirable
