- Provide technical expertise and support for plan design and compliance in M&A transactions involving institutional clients
- Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
- Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues related to qualified plan administration
- Draft external communication resources for client engagement on relevant topics
- 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
- Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
- In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and correction programs
- Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
- Bachelor's Degree
- ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
