• Serve as a consultative resource on retirement plan compliance for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise to sales and service representatives on plan design and compliance
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues
• Draft external communication resources for client engagement on relevant topics

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance
• Subject matter expertise in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree required

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Experience with regulatory corrections and compliance testing
