The Manager, Professional Services FP&A will be the key finance business partner to our Professional Services organization. This role will connect operational execution combined with strategic planning to support the growth of our 1,500+ person global team. This role is responsible for all forecasting, reporting and analysis while being responsible for leading and scaling people, processes, and systems that drive the predictability and insights to the services leadership team.

• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key finance business partner to SVP Services and provide thought leadership to the Services leadership team in the planning / forecasting across revenue, spend, profit & billings
• Financial Planning: Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for Professional Services, including complex modeling and sensitivity analysis;
  Own the consolidation of the Global Services organizational financials
• Operational Analytics: Review, revise, and develop new analysis / KPI’s to ensure they provide deep insights and predictability into Professional Services financial performance
• Team Leadership: Build, develop and work with the Services FP&A team to drive operational excellence with consistent process improvement and automation
• Variable Compensation: Oversee Professional Services variable compensation plans, ensuring alignment to goals, accurate accruals and a customer service-oriented mindset to resolve exceptions

• Experience:
  
  7+ years of applicable work experience in finance/accounting, specifically within an FP&A business partnership role
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business related major
• Communication:
  Strong analytical skills combined with ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in presentations to multiple levels of the organization
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  High level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Project Management:
  Strong project management skills to lead multiple priorities across the organization to drive improvements

• Experience with Net Suite, Sigma, and Databricks (or other data warehouse / data visualization tools)
• Experience with incentive compensations processes / systems
• Experience with Saas based financial planning and analysis processes

• Base pay: $140,000 - $185,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
