This is a full-time hybrid role located in Immokalee, FL, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Controller will be responsible for managing financial operations, including overseeing accounting and financial reporting, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additional duties include supervising accounting staff, managing payroll processes, reconciling accounts, and contributing to the development of financial strategies to support organizational goals.

• Strong knowledge in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Auditing, and Tax Compliance
• Experience with Payroll Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Advanced skills in Financial Software and Data Management tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and effectively manage time
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Work experience in the food production or agriculture industry is considered an advantage
• 5+ years in a Controller role, managing P&L s in excess of $100MM annually
• 5+ years leading a finance team of 5+ employees
• Strong knowledge with accounting systems (Quickbooks, Netsuite, Famous, Thyme, Produce Pro, ECRS, preferred)
• Expert knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products, required
