• Job Responsibilities:
  
  Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise to sales and service representatives regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues related to qualified plan administration and compliance
• Draft external communication resources for field use with clients and prospects on relevant topics

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design, compliance testing, and M&A due diligence
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and retirement plan compliance
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills
