• Serve as a consultative resource to support retirement colleagues with plan compliance matters for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials for professional development related to qualified plan administration and compliance
• Draft external communication resources for clients and prospects on relevant topics

• 15+ years of success in defined contribution consulting, including plan design, compliance testing, and M&A due diligence
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Comprehensive expertise in retirement plan design and regulatory requirements for qualified and nonqualified plans
• Bachelor's Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
