- Provide technical expertise on plan design and compliance for private equity and M&A transactions
- Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics
- Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues
- Stay informed on market conditions and regulatory changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues
- 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance
- In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Comprehensive expertise in retirement plan design and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and problem-solve
- Bachelor s Degree
- ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
- Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
