What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and Non-ERISA plans
  • Provide technical expertise on plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
  • Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for colleagues and external clients
  • Create training materials for the professional development of field colleagues related to plan administration and compliance
  • Draft external communication resources for clients and prospects on relevant retirement topics
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
  • Subject matter expertise in 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement plans
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables
  • Willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills
