• Analyze data to make pricing and benefit recommendations for group insurance products
• Collaborate with sales and broker teams to build strong relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or related coursework (or relevant experience)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and comfort with analytical work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer and Excel skills
