This is a remote contract role for a Mortgage Broker. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for assessing clients' financial situations, recommending suitable mortgage options, and assisting with the application process. Key tasks include providing guidance on debt consolidation, conducting negotiations with lenders, supporting clients in securing financing, and staying informed about market trends and loan products.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Mortgage Brokerage and Brokerage processes
• Expertise in Debt Consolidation and Finance solutions
• Skill in Mortgage Marketing and building relationships with clients and lenders
• Ability to navigate regulations and compliance requirements in the mortgage industry
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with financial tools and technology
• Valid Mortgage Broker license in applicable states
• Prior experience in the real estate or financial services industry is a plus
