You are the first voice a client hears when they call and the first face they see when they walk in the door. Your most important responsibility is getting to know your clients so well that you can help them identify problems before they arise, and you and your financial advisor work together to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

- Hiring Minimum: $26.10
- Hiring Maximum: $31.58
- There is potential for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role

- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account openings, transfers, and other requests as directed by the advisor. Process transactions and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the direction of the advisor. Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Help update SOPs and execute the branch business plan. - Technology:
Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn new tools (e.g., Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm software).
