Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. - Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year

Compensation- Edward Jones uses a human-centered approach to positively impact clients, colleagues, and communities
- Compensation includes discretionary and variable components with bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, plus individual performance
- Hiring minimum and maximum ranges are a subset of total pay range; merit-based increases may apply as you progress in the BOA role
Hiring Minimum: $22.50
Hiring Maximum: $24.36

Role Requirements
- Client service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members. - Account management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, transfers, and other requests as directed by the financial advisor. Process account transactions and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & operational support:
Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, and updates to SOPs aligned to the branch business plan. - Technology:
