• Assist with preparation of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, including tax changes and deductions
• Update, audit, and maintain employee-level payroll information
• Ensure compliance with garnishment and support orders, as well as federal, state, and local tax withholding
• Serve as a liaison to the Finance department and other departments in resolving payroll issues
• Assist in Year-End payroll activities and other projects

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor s Degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-Lookup experience
• Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, including payroll and financial analytics
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Multi-State payroll experience desired
• Experience with Workday cloud or other cloud payroll software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with employees and managers
