** Job Summary
** The Advisor Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between Jordan Creek Financial Solutions and affiliated financial professionals. This role is the bridge between our advisors and home office teams: ensuring smooth operations, strengthening partnerships, and helping advisors deliver the best client experience possible. The Liaison supports business development by ensuring compliance oversight, strengthening advisor relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Additionally, the Liaison partners closely with OSJ Supervisors and advisors to deliver guidance, resolve escalations, and enhance the advisor experience across the network.#
** Key Deliverables and Responsibilities**
* ** Partner with OSJ Supervisors and financial professionals
** to communicate new policies, procedures, and firm updates, strengthening relationships and ensuring alignment with Cambridge standards and expectations.
* ** Supervise and approve financial professional activity**, including personal securities transactions, sales activity, correspondence, and daily new business, while serving as an escalation point for complex supervisory matters.
* ** Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and clearing firm standards**, identifying potential risks or violations and escalating concerns to management as appropriate.
* ** Act as a trusted resource and strategic partner
** to financial professionals, providing guidance on business strategy, industry changes, branch growth, and delivering training and on-site office visits as needed.
* ** Manage escalated service and operational issues**, ensuring consistent follow-up, documentation, and resolution to support a positive broker-dealer relationship.
* ** Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives**, enhancing day-to-day processes, procedures, and service effectiveness across the firm.
* ** Collaborate cross-functionally on firm-wide and strategic projects**, supporting organizational goals and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
* ** Maintain deep industry, firm, and financial knowledge**, including revenue and profitability targets, internal programs, supervisory procedures, and ongoing FINRA continuing education (Series 7 and 24).#
** What We Are Looking For
** The ideal candidate would have an intermediate level of experience, typically 4+ years in an operational or advisor support role within the financial services industry.
** Certification:
*** This job requires obtaining the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99 within 12 months. Series 7 and/or Series 24 preferred.
** Salary Range:** $60,. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.
