Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

Because of that growth, we are creating a brand-new, highly visible role within our Supply Chain Finance organization — a role designed for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of FP&A, cost accounting, and supply chain analytics.

This is not a traditional corporate FP&A role, and it is not a narrow planning or logistics role. This is a true hybrid position for someone equally comfortable building financial and margin models, analyzing inventory and capacity, and sitting with plant, engineering, and supply chain leaders to turn operational reality into financial strategy — and financial strategy into operational action.

This is a seat at the table with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain leadership — helping shape how the business scales, invests, and drives margin.

This role can be remote for the right candidate. If you live outside the South Carolina region, you’ll travel to the headquarters a couple of times per quarter/few times per year for a few days (all expenses covered) to collaborate in person with your operations and finance partners.

If you are local — or interested in relocating (generous relocation assistance provided) — you’ll have the opportunity to work 1–2 days per week onsite, embedded with production, warehouse, and operations teams inside the plant environment, building relationships and real-time insight into how the business runs.

You will join the Supply Chain Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst or Manager (title based on experience) and serve as a Finance Business Partner to Operations.

You will function as the analytical bridge between:

• FP&A and enterprise planning
• Manufacturing, engineering, and distribution
• Supply chain planning and procurement

Your mission is to connect financial performance, inventory, capacity, and operational execution into one integrated, forward-looking view of the business.

You will play a critical role in:

• Forecasting and margin planning
• Inventory and working capital optimization
• Cost of goods and contribution modeling
• Standard costing and production economics
• Automation and KPI development
• Annual operating planning and long-range modeling
• Translating factory-floor activity into executive-level financial strategy
• Manufacturing finance, Cost of goods sold (COGS), plant finance, operations finance, S&OP/IBP

This role offers a true runway into broader finance leadership, plant finance, and enterprise FP&A roles as the company continues to scale.

Hybrid FP&A & Supply Chain Analytics

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for manufacturing, distribution, quality, engineering, safety, maintenance, and procurement.
• Partner with FP&A and Operations to improve Cost of Sales and Gross Margin forecasting at the product, channel, and plant level.
• Develop rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and margin scenarios that incorporate volume, mix, yield, labor, overhead, and logistics.
