The Commercial finance team is integral to the commercial success of giffgaff. We business partner the Commerce, Product and Marketing teams to ensure that all channels, products and propositions deliver the best value for giffgaff and its members. We provide financial planning & analysis to the business to show the performance of the P&L and OKRs, along with producing outlooks, forecasts and budgets to identify risks & opportunities.

This role reports to the Head of FP&A and is pivotal in driving financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across key P&L lines, including member base, retention, revenue, and mobile cost of sales. The role partners closely with the Marketing and Member Product teams, as well as other senior stakeholders, to collaborate on initiatives, challenge assumptions, and provide ongoing financial decision support for new propositions, pricing changes, and retention strategies.

In addition, the role delivers clear, actionable insights through detailed analysis of tariff mix, retention performance, and weekly and monthly net adds. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and developing the FP&A Analyst.

Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn't for you, most of our roles can be hybrid or remote, or anywhere in between.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Excellent Stakeholder management & motivated and driven to deliver for the team & wider company

• Experience of the Telco market
• Strong Excel skills & willingness to learn SQL and Snowflake
