Overview

• Support the FP&A team by preparing financial reports, including monthly forecasts and annual budgets
• Influence strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Prepare and validate content for monthly financial presentations to the Investor Group
• Analyze monthly actuals versus budget, forecast, and last year for revenue and operating expenses
• Facilitate department budget preparation and assist with acquisition integration requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to analyze financial data
• Advanced Excel skills, modeling skills, and data analytic capabilities

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn and take on increasing responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, performing well in a team environment
