This is a full-time hybrid role based in Boise, , with opportunities for remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will guide clients through the process of assessing and selecting mortgage options tailored to their financial and home ownership goals. Responsibilities include working with borrowers to complete loan applications, evaluating creditworthiness, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring timely loan processing and closings. The Loan Officer will build relationships with real estate professionals, maintain an understanding of the mortgage market trends, and provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the lending process.
Qualifications- Experience in Loan Officer roles within the Mortgage Industry and familiarity with Mortgage Lending practices.
- Strong understanding of Underwriting principles and expertise in financial evaluation and risk assessment.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of various mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and specialty loans is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid work setting.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for managing loan files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
