Overview

Join a financial services firm where your contributions are valued. Edward Jones is a Fortune 500 company with over 9 million clients and 20,000 financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada. We are privately owned and focused on our clients. Our purpose is to partner for positive impact to improve the lives of our clients and colleagues and better our communities and society.

We foster an innovative, flexible, and inclusive environment that supports performance excellence and belonging. Edward Jones associates are seen, heard, respected, and supported.

Note:

This opportunity is different from the financial advisor hiring process for an existing opening. It allows you to express interest in an anticipated financial advisor position and seek to become prequalified. You can proceed with the interview and assessment steps in our hiring process. When a future financial advisor opening arises, you will be considered among other prequalified candidates who can become registered and licensed and step into a financial advisor role.

Being prequalified does not guarantee selection for a future position. Financial advisors help clients achieve long-term financial goals, develop their own practice with support from the branch, home-office, and regional teams, and benefit from Edward Jones’ long history and broad presence in the U.S. and Canada.

Edward Jones emphasizes an inclusive environment where diverse viewpoints contribute to results. Our financial advisors lead the branch team to serve clients and contribute to the firm’s purpose, working to build trusted, personalized strategies for clients within firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
