Controller - Remote

SNI Financial is partnered with a rapidly growing investment firm looking for three brand new M&A Controllers to join their platforms as they roll-up and acquire new Construction/Energy companies across the country. This comes with a fully remote schedule, base + bonus + equity and a significant exit payout upon sale (~3-5 years by track record).

The ideal candidate has experience leading/directing at least 3-4 total post-aquisition accounting ERP integrations.

• 5-10 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or a related field
• Strong technical accounting skills (US GAAP, reporting, controls)
• Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems (Quick Books and/or Sage is a big plus)
• Prior work in M&A integration leading at least three or four end to end operational accounting integrations — especially in smaller, fast-moving environments (requirement)
• Industry experience in civil engineering, energy or construction is a must
• Someone who’s excited about building — not just maintaining
• PE backed business experience is a plus
• $180-200k base salary + 20% bonus + equity
• Fully remote with light travel
