Developed in collaboration with Columbia University’s Coaching Center of Excellence, this research- based program is available only to Equitable Advisors’ financial professionals. It combines traditional financial planning with advanced coaching techniques, equipping you to lead clients toward their best lives through insightful, purpose-driven financial plans.

We’re seeking motivated individuals with early-career experience in the wealth management industry who are ready to grow their skills and make an impact.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills
• State Life and Health License (or willingness to obtain)
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or willingness to obtain with company sponsorship)

The Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach title and custom coaching credential is available exclusively to financial professionals (FPs) of Equitable Advisors who seek to have deeper more personal conversations with their clients. The credential is awarded by Equitable Advisors, based upon the FP’s receipt of a certificate of completion of the Holistic Financial Coach Program.
