We are looking for a motivated Investment Operations Analyst to support and strengthen our investment operations, performance measurement, data management, investment analysis, and systems oversight. This role focuses on accuracy, process improvement and optimization, and technology-driven efficiency.
The Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate excels at analyzing large, complex data sets and designing systematic processes that produce accurate, reliable outputs. They combine strong logic and analytical skills with sound judgment, contextual awareness, and clear communication. Detail-oriented and focused, they manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and think critically to solve problems and optimize workflows. Highly adaptable, they work confidently with diverse software tools and recommend technology-driven improvements, including automation.

- Bachelor’s degree is required. Emphasis in finance, economics, business, information systems, or related field is preferred; CFA® or CIMA® progress or data/BI certifications preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret large data sets and ensure accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset; capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VBA, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Skilled in process optimization and workflow automation using modern tools.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth; actively seeks opportunities to expand skills and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to new technologies and able to recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
