Ring Central is a $2 Billion+ annual revenue company with double digit Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and a large market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center and AI-powered adjacencies. Ring Sense AI is Ring Central's proprietary AI solution, designed to fit customer needs and built on the same open platform principles as Ring Central's core software solutions.

Role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis for Ring Central's Corporate Finance. This is a dynamic, high-growth environment offering accelerated career development.

• Perform financial analysis, modeling and design. Partner across Ring Central's cross-functional areas, performing various financial analyses, modeling, designing and preparing reporting and budgets for stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct financial forecasts. Conduct performance, forecast and other financial metric reviews with leadership, including budget, headcount, vendor delivery and related cost analysis.
• Formulate informed decisions grounded in comprehensive financial data analysis. Develop robust financial analysis models and complete ad-hoc business projects to streamline decision-making.
• Guide investment strategy. Partner with leadership to guide investment strategy and influence near- and long-term success.
• Financial forecasting and accuracy. Own and manage monthly, quarterly and annual planning with high predictability and accuracy; review financial metrics with leadership (budget, headcount, vendor delivery, costs).
• Collaboration with stakeholders. Collaborate with the accounting team for quarter-end close reporting and drive processes to improve predictability of financial results; ensure financial objectives are understood by business partners.
• Analysis and presentation. Prepare analytics and presentations to guide strategic directions and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

• 5+ years experience
  , ideally in a high-growth Technology or Software/SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools (e.g., Anaplan, Net Suite, Tableau) or similar software.

• Financial Reporting and Budgeting Analysis. Experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including managing in-period pacing of expenses.
• Analytical and Process Oriented. Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to break down processes into tasks. Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Net Suite, Tableau, Coupa).
• Project Management and Organizational Skills. Ability to partner with Accounting and FP&A teams across the organization.
• Collaboration and Communication Skills. Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with multiple departments.
• Willing to work night shift (8am - 5pm PST).
