Senior Finance Integration – Private Equity–Backed Platform (Mostly Remote)

We are partnering with a private equity–backed operating platform to hire a Senior Finance Integration professional. This role supports acquisitions from diligence through close and post-close integration and works closely with finance leadership, acquired management teams, and M&A partners. The position is hands-on and execution-oriented, with a strong focus on finance process adoption, systems, and integration of newly acquired businesses. It is well-suited for someone coming from Big 4 audit, transaction services, or a PE-backed environment who wants broader exposure to deals and operating finance.

The role is mostly remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., provided the candidate is located near a major hub airport. Travel is flexible and seasonal, typically up to 25 percent, with heavier periods around transactions and lighter stretches between deals.

• Supporting finance integration planning and execution.
• Assisting with opening balance sheets and pro forma reporting.
• Implementing accounting policies and reporting standards.
• Supporting system and ERP integration.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions post-acquisition.

• Approximately 3 or more years of experience in audit, transaction services, or a private equity–owned company environment.
• Experience with PE-backed clients is strongly preferred.
• Process-oriented, systems-curious, and comfortable communicating with both internal leadership and acquired company teams.
• Location near a major hub airport and willingness to travel up to ~25% (heavier around transactions, lighter between deals).
