Overview

In a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are often the first voice a client hears on the phone and the first face they see in the branch.
Your most important responsibility is getting to know your clients so well that you can anticipate their needs and help them achieve their financial goals with your financial advisor.

Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will support client accounts, facilitate communication, and help ensure a positive client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The BOA role involves administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

- Support marketing activities, including planning and executing events
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting branch initiatives

- Hiring Minimum: $26.10
- Hiring Maximum: $28.26

- Role Requirements
:- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account openings, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor. Process transactions and maintain client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and help update SOPs and branch plans. - Technology:
Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn firm-provided software such as Money Guide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
