• Lead analysis of Order to Revenue workflows, connecting quoting, contracting, billing, collections, and revenue recognition across various platforms
• Analyze complex financial and operational data to improve Quote to Cash efficiency and compliance
• Document and maintain system configurations for product SKUs, pricing models, and billing rules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing processes and resolve Order to Revenue bottlenecks
• Present process analyses and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner

• Strong analytical skills with experience in end-to-end Quote to Cash and Order to Revenue workflows
• Hands-on experience with billing, subscription, CPQ, ERP, and CRM platforms
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 and IFRS 15)
• Experience with system integrations and data flows in the Order to Revenue landscape
• Proficiency in business analysis practices, including process mapping and documentation

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with complex subscription billing models
• Familiarity with SOX controls and tools like Zuora Billing/CPQ, Net Suite, and Salesforce
• Background in financial reporting requirements and journal entries
