Credit Bureau Reporting Specialist

• Investigate and respond accurately and timely to credit bureau disputes and corrections
• Monitor credit reporting controls to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain knowledge of CDIA guidelines and Metro2 standards for reporting disputes
• Respond to Adverse Action and Inquiry Removal requests directly from consumers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal laws, and regulations

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of credit bureau reporting and disputes experience
• Previous experience in the finance or credit-related industry preferred
• Familiarity with eOscar Dispute software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 1 to 2 years of work-related experience in the finance or credit industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
• High level of professionalism and initiative
